Why you choose PR department? what will you do after you graduate? what are the task of Public Relations

I remember when I was young the first thing I ever wanted to be was a Flight Attendant. Look back in my last two years of vocational high school, i was almost expelled from school cause im rarely enter school, its not because im lazy or unproductive, I just not the social type. and I felt like I wasting time. Im too busy play and hangout with my friend, just going up to someone in mall. When I was in school, it was really difficult. My report cards always said that I was not living up to my potencial. 

And the day came. I have no idea what I’m gonna do. My family trying to get me into unviersity. But I know I can’t. it’s just not working on me. I’m in a panic and trying to decide where to go. that was one of my main things – going to the Flight Attendant recruitment. that’s something I wanted to do since I was 3 or 4 years old. I learn new things everyday, not enough so I looking right major for me later. I google is PR was right for me.

 And here I am Associate Degree in Public Relations | Bina Sarana Informatika. Im scared cause I thought im not suitable with this mjor, I don’t have good enough commuication skills.  I don’t have The ability to multi-task is essential, important and a flexible attitude. Then I think pr is probably not for me. But if I give up, I will never go forward, then I tried and tried again. I learn that PR is like a combination of jobs that are media-related. PR task is planning strategies, researching, writing and organising, managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. Sourching and managing to find sponsorship opportunities. It is still not easy nor difficult. But here I am again, still learning. And I think I love this major. Beside that, writing is important in PR jobs, and I have excellent writing skills as i could be producing press releases, annual reports, articles and newsletters. And the other media releases.

I love writing. Ever since I was young I’ve been writing. New story, review movie, restaurant, blogging. I tried it all and I love it. I know writing isn’t the only element of PR but it’s probably the most important. I think PR is kind of choosing me! Where else can use my social skills, empathy, interest in current affairs, writing and creativity better?

The conclusion is, I want to be the proffesional PR, i'll bring along all i have learned and apply The lifestyle of flight attendant like destines you to always meet new interesting and different people. In a result, you will make many friends all around the world, some of them – for life.
